Founded in 2006 by Gary Blawat and Jason Seymour, Businertia creates the necessary canvas for these vetran technology industry experts to build the premier midsourcing service. Midsourcing, however, has been over 10 years in the making.
In 1996 Gary Blawat was tasked by his employer to help enterprise organizations streamline the deployment of applications remotely and consistently. As product manager for PictureTaker, the add-on product for Ghost (now owned by Symantec Corporation) Gary sharpened his craft, which would be a core component for midsourcing's process development methodology.
In May of 1998, Jason Seymour launched a career in channel management at Innovative Software, at the time the global distributor of Ghost. Working with Thousands of resellers and helping establish best practices for deploying operating systems for enterprise organizations established a necessary foundation for midsourcing to establish true benchmarks of efficiency.
Gary and Jason teamed up in management and successfully lead a small 25 person software company through 2 acquisitions. Gary spent 3 years with a security firm, that specialized in Department of Defense virus protection and heuristics establishing a core coponent of midsourcing's data security and continuity practice.
In August of 2008, Businertia entered a partial asset agreement purchase of AccountablIT to solidify the infrasturcture necessary to support Businertia's midsourcing practice. As part of the acquisition Businertia proudly announced that it had retained 100% of the AccountablIT customer's, a testament to the quality and standard that has become midsourcing.
