The Problem:
A client of Businertia's needed to streamline their busy season and decided to outsource the data entry in a work from home fashion. This would require each work from home participant to have a PC that was installed with an application to remotely enter data for order processing.
Midsourcing Delivers:
Businertia already delivered remote service to the staff at the client and was very easily able to accommodate the installation of the application across 50 work from home part time employees. The client coordinated remote sessions in batches during specific predetermined times and Businertia performed the application installs in bulk. This ensured the application was installed properly and that each of the work from home staffers were ready to accept bulk data for entry.
The Result:
An outsourcing service would have been extremely expensive and a traditional managed service company would not have had a pricing model to readily extend to meet this request. Midsourcing worked very well because of organizational knowledge, documented processes and an inclination toward efficiency. Businertia was successful in performing the work under budget and on time.
