Businertia announced today that it has successfully retained 100% of the AccountablIT customer base following a recent partial asset agreement. As part of the agreement AccountablIT clients were released from their contracts. This contract release would have allowed them to seek technology consulting services anywhere making Businertia's challenge more difficult.
Businertia took the opportunity to help the clients explore the possibilities with a midsourcing service and truly help them understand the differences between midsourcing and other time based services like outsourcing and managed services. Customers cited the predictability and the consistent nature of the midsourcing service model as key reasons for their willingness to continue working with Businertia.
The addition of AccountablIT clients is another example of the difference midsourcing presents to an organization wanting to become more strategic about technology. About 20% of the clients representing over 250 workstations would be candidates for hiring their own IT staff rather than working with Businertia providing clear evidence that midsourcing truly can be an alternative to hiring internal IT staff.
